This contemporary four-bedroom residence required complete multi-trade coordination from slab to handover. Hendrex B acted as the lead contractor, self-performing waterproofing, tiling, electrical and plumbing works under a single point of accountability — giving the client one contact and one warranty.
The basement was tanked with a dual-layer crystalline membrane system, protecting the home gym and storage below the water table. Throughout the living areas, a continuous 800×800 mm rectified tile was laid on a screed with underfloor heating, creating the seamless floor-to-wall aesthetic the architect specified.
All plumbing rough-ins were pressure-tested before boarding, and the electrical installation passed certification on first inspection — no remedial visits required.
